Our Hamroc boars are durable and rugged. They are designed to produce market hogs with excellent growth. Hamroc sired hogs will also yield carcasses with less backfat and excellent muscling, resulting in superior cutability. The Hampshire lines utilized are Napole-negative to help ensure meat quality. Heterosis is maximized when Hamroc boars are bred to our Yorkshire-Landrace hybrid gilts.
